Questions

What happens if I stop paying?

Exporting stops. Nothing else does. Your projects, recordings and the files you already exported are untouched, and the app keeps recording and editing exactly as before. There is no lock-out.

Is the free version watermarked?

No. Nothing is stamped on the picture, ever — that was the first decision made about how to sell this. The free version simply cannot write the file out.

What does “founding price” mean?

$29 a year is the launch price and it is going up to $39. Subscribe now and you keep $29 for as long as your subscription stays active — Apple never raises an existing subscriber’s price without their consent, and we intend to leave yours alone.

Is there a monthly plan?

No — one price, billed once a year. A monthly plan was priced and then dropped: beside a $29 year it was not really a cheaper option, just a smaller commitment with more to go wrong. If you only need one video, the whole editor is free and stays free; you pay when you want the file.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles all billing, so refunds go through Apple rather than through us. Request one in your Apple Account settings or at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Is there an education or team price?

Not yet. Pro is Family Sharing enabled, which covers up to six people in a household. If you need something for a larger team, get in touch.
